Feature Fest!

After posting my first real feature (123 Features), I realized how you can go through ANYONE'S gallery on deviantART and find something worthy of showing off to others.

Last feature, 123 people replied to a journal with the promise that if they merely commented they would have a piece selected from their gallery and featured-- no strings attached! This time, 100 people replied and 100 people will be featured.

Each feature will presented with 25 pieces from 25 different and 'random' galleries. The works are moving, emotional, skillful, colorful or fun, and they range from awesome photography to really good storytelling.

 Check these people and their great works out and remember that giving back to the community is as simple as featuring one artwork at a time.

The words echoed through my head as I tried to blink away gray, like coming out of a fog. I realized I was walking along a path through a wood. There were others with me, sweeping me along, not swiftly but steadily. Most of them walked in silence, but the man next to me was talking again.
"You just stood there! Why didn't you move out of the way?"
He was leaning forward to look into my face, gripping my upper arm. No, it wasn't the crowd that swept me along, it was him.
"Excuse me?" was my adroit reply. I was trying to think where I was and how I got there. My memory was still veiled by that fog.
"The truck! Why didn't you move? It's like you froze or something." His eyes were strangely intense, and he was starting to look familiar. "Well, there's no help for it now, I 'spose. What's done's done and all." With that he gave me a smile, but something about it made me pull away. His grip was firm on my arm, though, which kept me from slowing my pace.

:thumb58937629: One to call your ownTwo hearts come together in mysterious ways.
For both it was a journey through life.
Two individuals looking for someone,
A person who would make them whole.
Circumstances brought them together.
Friendship opened them to trust,
Then came the realization of love.
Traveling through hardships,
Became a bond so grand.
As a team their hearts flourished,
Tasks were done through teamwork.
None of it was ever easy,
But their perseverance to conquer was great.
The times may be changing,
But their journey continues on,
For life does begin once you've found,
One to call your own.
